Lowe was also able to travel across the Atlantic as ESPN's anchor at the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011 in addition to Euro 2012, from Bristol Conn. Lowe was host for two hours on the pitchside of an ESPN UK live FA Cup Quarter Final on March 12, 2012, when Bolton Midfielder Fabrice Mamba was struck by an attack of the heart on the field. In the evening she made an appearance on all UK news outlet. Lowe was the first female host in UK time of the FA Cup final, a live, six-hour show at Wembley Stadium. Prior to her work with ESPN UK Lowe was a reporter and presenter for Setanta Sports (2007-2009) where she was the host of their groundbreaking coverage of the Football Conference. She also co-hosted Football Matters Setanta Premier League's studio program.

Emma Margaret Tachard Mackey, professionally referred to as her stage name Emma Mackey, is a French and British actress. Mackey recently gained notoriety after her appearance on the Netflix Original Series Sex Education. Mackey is the lead character Maeve on this comedy/drama series.
