Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on the 3rd of February, 1950. Through the 80s, she was a household name with her roles on several television shows. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild was first noticed in the role of Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow in a CBS daytime soap from 1973 until 1977. She made her debut in the soap opera of the same name Dallas as the first actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama). In 1984, she starred alongside ABC's short-lived premiertime soap Paper Dolls. In 1985 until 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild has also performed in the theater, and has appeared in guest roles in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends.
